Evan Holt
Associate
Evan is an Associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works primarily with the Condominium Law Group. Born and raised in Toronto, Evan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo and law degree at Lakehead University. Before joining Shibley Righton LLP, Evan practiced at a boutique condominium and land development law firm in the Region of Waterloo.
Evan’s condominium practice is focused on working with clients to find effective and practical solutions to disputes and negotiations regarding project shared facilities agreements, construction related agreements with adjacent land owners, and other matters concerning land.
Evan’s real estate and development practice includes assisting clients in transactional real estate matters and working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders in a variety of land development related matters.
Now residing in the Region of Durham, in his spare time, Evan enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
