Inderpreet Sandhu

Inderpreet Sandhu is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works exclusively with the condominium law group at Shibley Righton. She articled with the firm from 2017-2018 and was called to the Bar in 2018.

Inderpreet prides herself on her ability to connect with clients and fostering meaningful relationships with her clients. She believes in being accessible to her clients and encourages friendly and open communication.

Throughout her time at Shibley Righton, Inderpreet has assisted condominium corporations with various litigation matters that involve a variety of different legal issues such as enforcement of or compliance with a condominium corporation’s governing documents, contractual obligations and liabilities, and employment issues and liabilities. Inderpreet has also assisted individual condominium unit owners and residents in situations where they are being unfairly oppressed or disregarded by their condominium corporation. She has represented clients in Small Claims Court, Superior Court and other alternative dispute resolution forums including the Condominium Authority Tribunal.

Inderpreet attended law school at Queen's University. While at Queen's University, Inderpreet worked with the Queen's Prison Law Clinic and the Queen's Family Law Clinic. While in law school, Inderpreet also worked as a summer student at a boutique real estate firm and a boutique civil-litigation firm.

In her spare time, Inderpreet enjoys travelling, cooking and watching movies. In addition to English, Inderpreet is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
