Mary-Ann obtained her law degree from York University – Osgoode Hall and was called to the bar in 1982.
Mary-Ann grew up and raised her family in Windsor and has practiced law in Windsor since her call to the bar.
Her practice has focused essentially on real estate and included all aspects thereof from business acquisitions, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant disputes and residential and commercial sales and acquisitions.
Over the part fifteen years her focus has shifted to all aspects of residential and commercial development including condominiums from the acquisition of lands, applications to rezone and amend Official Plans, site plan, subdivision and condominium applications and the drafting of restrictions, condominium declarations and by-laws to the eventual sale of lots, homes and/or units.
