Patrick Greco
Partner
Patrick Greco is a Partner in the Condominium Law practice, where he enjoys the full perspective gained from providing both solicitor and litigation services.
As a solicitor, Patrick helps condominium boards navigate their day-to-day issues, including advice on all stages of major construction projects. He is a firm believer that strong written and oral communication, empathy, and creativity can help resolve even the most difficult disputes and views chairing a challenging owners’ meeting as an opportunity to build community.
Patrick has represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario and, with a significant background in commercial and construction litigation, he represents condominiums and unit owners before the Licence Appeal Tribunal on appeals of Tarion decisions.
Patrick is a Board Member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Golden Horseshoe Chapter (GHC), as well as a member of the CCI-GHC Communications and Professional and Business Partners Committees and the CCI-Toronto Education Committee.
An in-demand speaker at events such as the Toronto Condo Conference, CCI-GHC Conference, and ACMO luncheons, he has presented on topics including construction contracts and disputes, privacy, and harassment. Patrick made submissions to the provincial government on the last major round of changes to Condominium Act and to the independent review of the Tarion program.
Patrick also loves teaching and has been an instructor at CCI Level 100 and 200 programs, the ACMO training course at Humber College, management company education programs, and the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario training course. He is also a contributor to condominium publications such as Condo Voice.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys practicing hot yoga, obsessing over his summer vegetable garden, and cooking for family and friends using the skills he gained while earning his Culinary Arts Continuing Education Certificate from George Brown College.
