Sam Zucchi
Associate
Sam is a litigation Associate at Shibley Righton. While maintaining a broad civil litigation focus, he specializes in construction litigation. He previously articled with the firm from 2018 to 2019.
Sam has represented clients before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Superior Court of Ontario, License Appeal Tribunal, and the Landlord Tenant Board.
Sam attended the Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was heavily involved in the Osgoode Hall Law Journal as the Article Review Committee Chair. During this time, he also volunteered with the Community Legal Aid Service Program, the Ontario Deputy Judges Association, and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
